Sögreni was established by Sören Sögreni in 1981, first building a reputation for unique and contemporary designed bicycles.

The company has now expanded into bicycle accessories, kitchen and bathroom equipment and street furniture.

In acknowledgement for his contribution to Danish design he was nominated as Danish designer of the year 2002.
